General Manager - Sales - Real Estate

We have urgent requirement for the position of GM Sales with a real estate public listed company.

Location : Andheri (West)

Work profile :

- Direct sales of Flats and commercial premises

- Should be able to generate inquiries responsible for residential sales and after sales activities

- Sound knowledge of Real estate business

- Excellent communication skills, research and business analysis

- Handling Portfolio of the new as well as the existing customers

- Maintaining healthy relationship with the clients.

- Independently handle all formalities & documentation.

- Providing after sales support to clients.

- Good communications skills in English, Hindi, Marathi.
