- Experience in multi-site property leasing sales roles (must have exp in coworking ).
- Promoting company brands and introducing the company services and facility to the market.
- Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditure.
- Should be self-motivated and have strong sales skills which include the ability to find and close deals results oriented performer.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising
- Handling end to end sales cycle.
- Must demonstrate ability to create new sales ideas, bring new lead, do outbound calling to pitch new clients.
- Building sales strategies, templates process and automating the sales progress.
- Maintain 100% occupancy, achieve sales target goals and manage churn.
- Must be experienced in developing sales report and analytics.
- Maintain good pipeline of prospective leads and clients.
- Driving sales & focusing on generating new sales, whilst growing and retaining existing customer by delivering exceptional customer services.
- Review reports and work with team to finalize weekly and monthly reports that outline community, expenses and sales progress.
- Maintaining relationship with clients and brokers by making regular visit and understanding their needs and anticipating new market opportunities
