Key Responsibilities :
To identify and develop sales channels for achieving the targets
- Ensure the sales & collection targets defined for the projects are achieved from time to time in line with the Budget.
- Explore growth opportunities for the Business and prioritise the actionable including land selection, estimating potential business from the micro location etc.
Competition tracking and devising plans to be a thought leader in sustainable housing for the segment
Develop and engage Channel Partners to build the sales capability
- Manage seamlessly the entire Customer Life Cycle for a project.
- Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and record keeping.
- Build and manage the team as business expands.
