General Manager - Sales - Personal Care Products

Our Clients who are Well known FMCG company and are into Deo's and Personal Care. Clients are Fast Growing FMCG Company and With an Annual Turnover of Rs.350 Crores. We are looking for Candidates who are willing to Relocate to Kolkata and this Position will Report to President Sales.

This position Need Candidates from Hard Core FMCG sales, Currently in NSM Role from a Good HARDCORE FMCG company Handling Personal Care/SkinCare/HairCare or Deodorants OR NON BEVERAGES SEGMENT.

They are looking for Dynamic Personal who can take the company to Next Level..

I. Business Development: Responsible for developing and expanding Sales & Profitability of the company.

II. People Management: Motivate and lead the team of RSM's Area Sales Manager, Area Sales Executive (ASEs) & Territory Sales Officers (TSOs), to ensure achievement of Sales & Infrastructure targets.

III. Monitoring & analyzing performance of all teams.

IV. Leading the entire 4 Zonal teams by Motivation, Training & Development and Retention of Managers & Field Force alike, to achieve organization goals.

V. Age should not exceed 47 Yrs

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Should have work experience in Sales of FMCG products

- Should have handled a business volume of at least Rs. 100 to 150 Cr PA.

- Experience in industries like Personal Care, Skin Care, Non-Food FMCG companies only preferred

- Ability to motivate and develop strategic relationships (both internal and external)

- Should have handle large teams and have a proven track record of driving large volumes of business

- Ability to motivate and develop strategic relationships

- Demonstrated ability to successfully develop networks

Required Qualification/Experience :

- 14 years to 18 years experience in Sales Plus minimum 2-3 years of which should be at NSM level

- Advanced Degree a plus,
