Job Description - A General Manager for a billion dollar health care group's Lifestyle and Wellness clinic

Client Details

The client is a well respected, billion dollar health care group with multiple setups in India and across the globe.

Description

- Experience in handling multiple Centres with large turnovers.

- At least 10 years of team handling experience

- Exposure to multi service lines like Salon, Spa etc.

- Exposure in Hospitality industry, international exposure will be added advantage.

- Excellent spoken English skills

- P&L Responsibilities

- Manage costs for the centre

- Grow membership base to reflect operating plan targets

- Create exciting & innovative product offerings and bundling to increase revenue potential

- Branding & Marketing

- Work closely with marketing team to achieve financial numbers

- Monitor social media for any adverse comments about the facility/ centre / brand & immediately escalating the same to HO

- Operations - Ensure effective utilisation of Gym management software

Profile

Ideal candidate would be

- One with at least 10 years experience in handling multiple chains, spa, gyms, clinics etc.

- Exposure to Sales/Operations and has had P&L responsibilities in the past

- Has handled large teams for 8-10 years

- MBA would be preferred
