GM Sales West India - Sales & Operations - Only For FMCG Candidates Job description : Looking out for a senior Regional Sales Manager from FMCG industry with rich learnings and execution acumen , conversant and having extensive connect across FMCG diaspora. Job Description : - Build entire REGIONAL operations which culminates in yielding required GMV and EBIDTA - Build and deliver Sales & Operational objectives - Appoint Hub Partners and build brand partnerships On the Stream - Construct , Optimize and Deliver on REGIONAL level Sales & Operations objectives with P&L - Meeting Sales & Operational targets for the REGION : Sales GMV , Self-Orders and On Boarding, EBIDTA , Sales & Distribution parameters [ like Ticket Size, TLSD ], Infra, Re-activation, PL Wallet Share , vertical and horizontal expansion, etc. - Single point owner across Sales , Warehousing, Facility Centre Operations, Last Mile Delivery ,etc end to end operations for multiple HUBs & AREAs within the REGION - REGIONAL Level Business Planning , Budgeting and Execution - Preparing the budget for the entire year with clear deliverables of Sales, Operations, Margins, Costs, Promotions, Working capital & EBITDA for the REGION - deliver targeted P&L for the REGION - Appoint Hub Partners for REGION level operations , build partnerships with FMCG brands - Manpower planning , recruitment and retention for the REGION along with HR Lead and develop a large team across Sales, Operations, IT, Finance , etc. for the REGION - Deliver on productivity and standards on people front - Ensure smooth Day-to-Day operations of the REGION - Stock, Billing, Sort, Pack to Last Mile operations owner - minimizing operational cost and maximizing operational quality, including the movement, tracking and administration of trailers (in conjunction with the linehaul department as applicable). - Put systems and process in place for smooth operations - Ensure timely collections from market with zero Bad Debts for the REGION - Handle REGION level reverse logistics Competencies Behavioural : - Speed - Hands on at rapid scalability handling multiple verticals at the same time - Constant out of the box thinking and applying new ideas in small measures to check for success and alignment within the goals of organization for Sales, inventory turns and net margins. - Work amid scarcity and chaos , ability to turn chaos into organized frameworks - Be a role-model showcase for the team - Advanced Negotiation Skills Computer / IT Skills : - Must have excellent advanced MS-Excel skills & Presentation skills Experience : - 15+ years of Regional / State FMCG Sales and Hub Operation experience - Working as Regional Manager / Zonal Manager / Sr. ASM in reputed FMCG organizations - Large team and stakeholder management - Having worked across whole value chain of HUB operations will add value - Must be conversant with existing and evolving ecosystem of FMCG Route To Market Scope of the Role : Potential to rise fast within the organization Roles and Responsibilities
