- Leading the expansion plans of the organization, meeting with the developers, negotiations and closure of the deal.

- Preparing the presentation for the internal stakeholders for their approval.

- Expansion

- Use of multiple channels to assess the expansion opportunity

- Understand and analyze the opportunity strategically and financially

- Negotiate the MOU / Lease deed and close the deal

- Manage the internal stakeholders

- Co-ordinate with various departments in the organisation till the project is live

- Co-ordinate with global team for the approval of the project

- Regular interaction with legal team regarding due diligence and documentation of the project

Financial and strategic Analysis :

- Prepare the financial model to understand the feasibility of the project

- Analyse the competition landscape and its impact on the attendance in case of a competitive
