- Leading the expansion plans of the organization, meeting with the developers, negotiations and closure of the deal.
- Preparing the presentation for the internal stakeholders for their approval.

- Negotiate the MOU / Lease deed and close the deal

- Co-ordinate with various departments in the organisation till the project is live

- Prepare the financial model to understand the feasibility of the project

- Analyse the competition landscape and its impact on the attendance in case of a competitive
