Role:

- Strategist, key account manager for the company.

- Localizing the Global brand to get sense of belonging

Skills and Education Required:

- Textile graduate with main emphasis on Textile processing, Textile chemistry.

- Minimum 15-18 years of experience in selling of textile machines preferably wet processing machines, at managerial level. Out of which 5 years, in a senior position in all India.

- Good people management skill Should have ability to provide excellent customer service Must have sense of cultural norm and sense of execution

Tasks:

1. Canvassing for the sale of company's products and ensuring that the customer's needs and requirements are met by providing consultation and technological solutions.

2. Successfully growing the business and developing the allocated market/customers

3. Key account management

4. Support the other sales managers and/or agents for B-customer base Market cultivation activities

5. Define country strategy for continuous growth

6. Competitor analysis and agent analysis

7. Independent processing of projects including configuration of machine, establishment of offers, technical drawings, required customer information etc.

8. Managing and developing sales of spare parts and after sales services in the complete sales region
