- Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the Project.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing teams on developing new promotions & schemes.
- Channel Partner Management
- Develop, or participate with the Senior Staff, in the development of the Strategic Marketing Plan for the Project.
- Product-oriented and department-oriented strategies.
- Establish performance goals for all sales department employees, and monitors performance on a continual basis.
- Work with management team and client in introducing changes, communication and target decisions for the process.
- Enabling business growth by developing & managing a network of channel partners
- Develop and implement an effective strategic sales plan
- Developing & implementing plans to maintain outstanding results as per company norms
- Maintaining excellent relations with Channel Partners &Ensure high level of customer relation after sales and address cases of escalated customer grievances.
- Prepare Sales reports, brokers performance reports; analyze their potential area where they can make more sales
- Supervise agents who handle real estate transactions
- Hands on experience in operational procedures in the banking process
Team Management
- Lead & monitor the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
- Identify & implement strategies for building team effectiveness by promoting a spirit of cooperation between team members.
- Motivating and educating the subordinates to achieve targets and to cope up with changes.
- Encourage and work with the team in building and practicing best work culture and ethics
