Key Responsibilities (Job Descriptions) :

- To develop a corporate marketing strategy for petroleum & petrochemical business to expand Geo-Chem's presence in petroleum & petrochemical testing and inspection business and achieve company's revenue goals.

- Responsible to set quarterly and annual sales/revenue targets in consultation with management.

- Responsible for implementation of the marketing strategy in coordination with lab and branches to meet revenue target.

- Responsible for business development of petroleum and petrochemical products for testing, analysis and inspection services and achieve sales target on quarterly and annual basis.

- Responsible to retain existing customers and build new customer base. Responsible to maintain, build, promote and sustain long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts customers by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs, collaborating with them and anticipating/exploring new opportunities.

- Responsible to develop business through direct visits and participating in relevant tenders, exhibitions, conference and seminars. Responsible to provide quotation and pre-sales proposals to potential clients.

- Responsible to ensure, grow and maintain Geo-Chem's brand and values. Review and assess customer complaints and take/initiate appropriate and necessary measures/steps for corrective action.

- Responsible to identify emerging markets and market shifts in petroleum and petrochemical inspection and testing services and formulate appropriate strategies and tactics for penetration.

- Responsible to review contract and/or nomination of the client before taking that activity in hand and in case no, the reasons and justification for the same.

- Responsible to update management on progress of the overall sales/revenue/collection and any other issues on daily/regular basis.

- Responsible for performance assessment, induction, training and development of the employee of petroleum department.

- To do any other task as assigned by the management.
