Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Strategize, visualize and execute the business plans.
- Should be responsible to strategizing the sales force.
- Should be responsible for market research and analysis.
- Branding, product positioning and product management.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Coordinating with Branch team in bringing sales
- Training branch staffs in personal loan sales.
