ROLE OBJECTIVE :
- Formulate business plan and roll out sales strategies to improve its market share and enhance revenues
- Analysing Competitor strategies and formulating sales plan.
- Takes overall responsibility for streamlining, optimal utilization of resources, and achieving sales and profit targets
- Reduce S&D Costs
- Ensures adherence to sales policies and implements the policies provided by the Corporate Marketing team.
- Drive for excellent customer service
- Developing sales force with contemporary selling and marketing skills
- Coaching and mentoring the team
STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Coordinating, following up and reviewing the implementation of the sales and marketing plan.
- Be responsible for carrying out the plan, in order to achieve the agreed objectives in the short term and to ensure that the business strategy is achieved in the medium term.
- Managing, controlling and evaluating the staff, in order to give the necessary support and to guide the employee towards optimum performance
- Achieve optimum marketing mix with least amount of overheads costs to meet sales plan and the profit targets
- Direct and Monitor branches to accomplish goals of the Organisation
- Gaining expertise in the functioning and advantages of the products in order to have the ability to integrate this product knowledge into the sales process.
- Position the sales team as Product Knowledge equipped personnel in the market
- Analyse the trends of Competitors and take pro-active action to ensure market growth.
- Market intelligence for Sales growth
- Looking for candidates from top B Schools(Full Time MBA)
- Candidate should currently look after sales of Western India (MH, Gujrat, Goa, Vidarbha)
- Candidates from Lubricants, Automotive Paints, Tyre, Cement, and Consumer durable will be preferred.
