Role Clarification Document Purpose :
Broad objective of the role: Drive achievement of sales targets through sales planning, identification, qualification and closure of sales opportunity for all large enterprise gold accounts within the specific Region with the objective of ensuring an increase in revenue from the key accounts

Internal Product teams; Sales support teams; Cross-functional teams
Size And Scope Of Role : Financial Sales Target : INR 45-50 Cr No. of direct reports 4-6; Other size parameters
Total number of accounts handled by team : 150-200
Role Holder Requirements : Minimum qualification & experience Engineering graduate with a management degree with around 12-15 years of experience
Other knowledge/skills: Understanding of management dynamics; Technical commercial product knowledge; Knowledge of industry dynamics
Key Responsibilities : Performance Metrics :
Sales Planning : Performance against target (Monthly targets & quarterly targets) :
- Product penetration ratio: Provide inputs to Region Head around targets for LE Gold Accounts basis market focus; Allocate targets to team based on nature of accounts and market dynamics; Develop sales road map for accounts under purview and provide inputs to teams around specific action plans for account sets.
- Plan the account allocations based on Individual team members capability of handling transaction business vis a vis large conversations.
- Exposure to creating large/ Mega Million$ deals in the IT infra space built around Network, Unified communication and collaboration (such as SIP, Hosted contact centre, Video and Audio conferencing systems as cloud services) and Data Centre Stack.
- Specific exposure to selling the Data Centre stack of services, such as Managed Hosting, Managed Security service, Hybrid clouds, colocation, Managed Storage, OS management and DB management.
- Ability to hold/ lead independent conversations with C level customer contacts as well as internal stakeholders to nurture large deals basis the above
