- To sell welding electrodes to industries directly, SMEs & through the distributors network
- Extensively travel to meet customers ie. manufacturing companies or fabricators & key accounts
- Resolve customer issues wrt complicated situations, product, price, deliveries, collections, quality etc
- Manage team of 40 nationally, plan well organized sales processes to achieve targets, micro execution
- Develop new business & drive sales through own team & distributors [know which are good financial/sales wise]
- Service key accounts to get repeat orders & market information through relationship management & extra follow up
- Have business acumen, capable of pushing management for support, actively reporting & forecasting
- High calibre leader with lot of drive & initiative, long term player & mature
- BE, 10-15 years experience, 32-38 years of age, Male.
Can Be Based Anywhere. Travel A Lot
