- Oversee the conversion of sales leads generated by Sales & Marketing team for customers within the assigned region.

- Plan and coordinate assigned regional strategies and operations to meet established goals, develop markets and expand existing ones, constantly identifying new revenue-generating opportunities.

- Analyse market requirements and ensure that proposed product/service developments are in line with market needs. Initiate market studies and market development plans relevant to the region. Understand and exploit market trends, identifying market size, industry and technology trends.

- Prospect, network and drive business leads in the assigned region to develop new long-term, mutually beneficial relationships, focusing on the promotion of the companys' products and services through a consultative selling approach to bring new high-quality investors . Consequently, through tactical planning of the development activities, build a strong network and pipelines of targeted clients.

- Achieve the required goals and targets set by management.

- Established annual sales targets based on the market potential and management direction.

- Coordinate with all stakeholders on the preparation and delivery of the annual budgets.

- Initiate sales process by prospecting, segmenting the market and industries, scheduling appointments, making initial presentation, understanding business needs, developing proposals, closing sales.

- Contribute information to market strategy by monitoring other competitors and reactions from clients and provide information to the Market Research Specialist.

- Advise management on the selection of roadshows, events and seminars that should be attended and contribute to the annual calendar + budget for these events.

- Organize regional seminars, introduce product/services, and raise positive awareness build brand loyalty.

- Continually generate new inquiries & leads so that there is a sustainable quantity of leads in the sales pipeline.

- Attend events, exhibitions, etc. in order to establish the network with potential clients and other entities (foreign chamber of commerce, embassies, business councils, etc.).

- Expand the business network; develop and execute short- and long-term sales & marketing strategies to meet company business objectives and target; meet or exceed established goals/targets by effective territory management.

- Maintain close relationship with business partners/potential clients and proactively identify and capture new business opportunities
