General Manager - Sales - Ice Cream

- Responsible for the P & L, Growth and Margins of Ice Cream Business in West and South India

- Deliver the sales objectives of volume, value, profitability and market share

- Expand the dealer network

- Work closely with other functions like Production, Purchase, SCM, Finance and Marketing to ensure the availability and profitability of the product and customer satisfaction

- Recruit and monitor the performance of team members to ensure that Sales targets and objectives are met

- Conduct competitor analysis by keeping aware of market trends & competitor's moves to achieve market share metrics

- Conceptualize competitive business development strategies and new products to develop market share for achievement of revenue & profitability targets

- Implement sales & marketing activities (ATL & BTL) to support retailers, dealers and distributors establishing new & untapped segments
