Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities: - Incumbent will be responsible to build, maintain and lead TSG what is TSG Sales Operations in the respective geography, and establish the vision and brand of in the respective geography. - Applicant will be accountable for all the Pre-sales / Sales initiatives and activities, and also be capable to effectively position and differentiate the company from the competition. - Responsible for Sales activities /will also be responsible for meeting business target for the region. - Incumbents must have experience in selling /IT Services /IT products/RIM/24- 7 IT Support/Hosting services/data center, and should have thorough Understanding of IT Infra Services Business. - Applicant should be willing to handle Hunter sales Roles, and must have handled sales for GOVT/PSU/BFSI Sectors. - Incumbents will be responsible to strategically prepare the Annual Business Plan in line with the Practice's goals and objectives. - Responsible to own the top line and bottom-line for the practice, and must Participate in networking events and trade shows to promote company brand and establish strategic relationships. - Applicant will be responsible to generate and submit Sales MIS reports periodically, and identify the current trends / threats and recommend possible solutions and new opportunities. - Must be able to track and ensure on periodic basis that the goals are achieved as per the stipulated time frame. - Incumbents will be responsible to follow up on current and past accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and drive further revenue. Technical Skills - Should have experience in selling in the areas of Networking, Embedded Systems, Cloud Computing, Mobility, Data Analytics, Software Solutions and Services- Govt/BFSI/PSU, FMS, AMC, RIM, NOC, DMS, Managed Services. - Must be well versed in Security Software, IT Security Products. - Should have good hold on PC, Laptop, Printers, Scanners, Servers and Storages. - Must have great skills in IT Hardware Services including repairs and maintenance AMC. - Facility Management Services - providing Resident Engineers (network administrators, Windows Admins, Server Admins, Desktop Admins) and providing such services too - On-Call Basis- - Remote Infra Management (RIM) - Remote - Help Desk Support- for all hardware (as mentioned above) - Knowledge on Remote Software support - Database, OS, MS Office - Experience in selling - (AMCs, FMS, Managed Services, RIM, 24X7 IT support, Hosting services, collocation, Data Center - rack space, Hardware sales of major OEMs, IT Security Products). Desired Profile: - Strategic Thinker with thought Leadership. - Entrepreneur mindset with turnaround and transformation expertise. - Conceptualize, design and execute winning strategies and grow the organization. - Must have experience in Technical Selling or Solution Selling. - Must be someone who has carried revenue targets through-out their career. - Must have worked in end to end sales cycle. - Over 8 years of experience in managing P&L. - Strong and in-depth selling experience in the respective regions.
