Purpose of the Position:
The GM Sales - FSR is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales strategies and achieving revenue targets within the Foodservice segment. From contract negotiation to channel sales optimization, the role involves comprehensive management of sales functions, ensuring P&L accountability, and successful market penetration.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the Foodservice segment.
- Foster key client relationships and oversee customer acquisition and retention.
- Lead contract negotiations with key clients.
- Optimize channel sales and distribution networks.
- Ensure accountability for the Profit & Loss of the Foodservice segment.
- Implement cost-effective strategies and revenue-enhancing initiatives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for aligned promotional activities.
- Formulate and execute market penetration strategies.
- Lead sales-related project conception and management.
- Oversee planning and execution of product launches and promotions.
