Position: GM - Sales Base Location: Lucknow Reporting to: HO Sales Direct Reportees 5-6 Direct Reports with an overall team of 50 People. Hierarchy Director - HOS - GM - RSM - ASM - Field force Key Responsibilities - Overall P&amp;L responsibility of the Region - Overall administrative and People management of region - Expansion of business portfolio across the region and penetration in new territory - Managing Distribution network in Region. - Scale up of distribution in existing territory - Strategic inputs for sales promotions - ATL /BTL initiatives. - Strategic inputs for sales Target achievement and Expense Budgeting. - Ensure Business Growth for - General Trade - Collaborate with vertical Head for Growth for - Modern Trade and Institutions (HoReCa &amp; CSD) - Sales Team development and team building activities - Manage Market Intelligence and Sales MIS periodically. - Providing Regional inputs and flavor to strategic inputs from HO - Establish and maintain an appropriate performance management system for the regional sales team. - Ensure appropriate tracking and deployment of recruitment and training initiatives for the region in consult with HR Desired Profile:&nbsp; - Graduate with MBA/PGDBM specialization in Sales / Marketing - Well versed with geography of U.P. - 15 to 20 years of Experience preferably from FMCG Industry /Food Industry - Between age group of 40 to 45 years - Excellent communication skills - Strong leadership skills - Very good Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills. - Willingness to travel extensively
