As Sales Head, candidate must have sound knowledge & understanding of Sales & Marketing function in distribution market. An excellent communicator having loads of patience to listen and have the confidence to succeed in a competitive environment. Must have perseverance to endure and the will to overcome all odds, come whatever the situation. He must be excellent in people relations & capable to lead a senior team impartially. He must be fair to all with an eye for detail. The position requires travelling ( minimum 15 days monthly ).  2. He must be a graduate with a post graduate degree / diploma in Business Management from a premium institute with 14 - 17 years experience in FMCG Sales & Marketing domain. The position is based at Kolkata. Preferred age-group is 40 - 45 years.
