Sales Leadership:
- Own the regional P&L for the business and lead the Sales function
- Lead and manage a team of ambitious sales leadsfor the region to drive key metrics for the business. Coach, mentor and inspire the team to deliver on business, sales and customer experience goals
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the RE market, the competitive landscape and industry trends
- Develop strong long-term relationships with corporate real estate
Job Description
- Heads, CXOs, business leaders, and leasing intermediaries (IPC's, Brokers etc.)
- Collaborate closely with internal sales and marketing teams to develop pitch decks, collaterals, website content and more, to deliver strategic and targeted marketing and sales plans
Revenue Management:
- Engage with leads throughout the sales lifecycle from opportunity validation to closure. Implement best practices to maximize pipeline creation, forecasting accuracy, conversion rates etc.
- Conduct site visits and demonstrate locations to potential clients, understand their needs, customize our offerings, develop proposals, and articulate value proposition
- Work with central finance team on monthly reporting, collections, and client follow-ups as required
- Assist and close high ticket complex transactions and support in business expansion plans
Organizational Leadership:
- Work actively with senior leadership to achieve organizational goals and drive key strategic initiatives
- Own occupancy metrics and work cross-functionally with various teams to deliver best-in-class customer experience
