Job Description:
- Develop and implement effective result-oriented sales strategy.
- Achievement of Sales Targets, increase in market share and building the organizations brand through responsible selling.
- Timely review of sales process to extract better efficiencies and results; Apprise and facilitate professional growth of regional sales team.
- Monitor pre & post sales, relationship building, new business generation, analysis of competitors' strategies and collections.
- Responsible for business development to achieve top line market share and achieve revenue and brand objectives.
- Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and brand strategy.
- Periodically review performance through regional Managers and check on gaps in performance and seek reasons and actionable steps to close the gaps.
- Conduct effective and accurate market research and apply this information to increase market share.
- Conduct regular meetings with sales team to discuss target status, product training and sales strategy.
- Monitor and analyse all sales reports received from regional office.
- Ensure the confidentiality of the customer list, mailing lists and other sensitive company information.
- Motivate and monitor sales representatives in branch offices on marketing and sales activities.
- Coordinate with administration, commercial and legal departments to ensure timely orders, and smooth function of action in the system.
- Update management on business process and operating plan and financial model and profitability.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should have at least 15+ years of experience in Construction Chemicals or Paint Industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Excellent presentation and convincing Skills.
