Responsibilities Include the Following :  - Managing the sales and distribution for all channels except traditional trade (Namely Modern Trade, CSD, IRCTC, Institution and HoReCa)  - Managing the sales P&L for the said channels and driving profitability through both increasing top line growth and curtailing bottom-line heads  - Managing and advising promotions and activation across the assigned verticals and driving channel specific agendas to achieve growth and expansion  - Train, recruit, retain, align and monitor current resources in the setup to build and grow business further.  - Work closely with all KAMs and chains to build market share in each of the verticals assigned  Reportees:  Direct: Senior Managers (MT/IT/Horeca/CSD& IRCTC)  Indirect : Key Account Managers, Business Development Managers and Executives
