For A Leading Client in Financial Services
The Role:
- Head of Sales/ CMO will be Head of Department - Sales & Marketing for Company, managing the entire sales & marketing functions, and will be reporting to CEO.
- The incumbent will be responsible for business through Sales Channel and Call Centre which will include Acquisition of new Developer & Broker Tie-Ups. The person will be leading sales team and managing the entire P&L, with a strong focus on driving sales, developing teams and optimizing operations. (S)he will have a team of Sales Managers/ Team leaders and work closely with the CEO and Management to drive business objectives across cities (of operations).
Experience: 6+ year experience in Sales & BD
Industry: BFSI, RE, Startups, Tech
Desired Skills and Expertise:
- 10+ year experience as Senior Management/ Leadership in sales i.e. National Sales / Regional Sales head in BFSI, Fintech Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end of the business goal including annual operating plans, developing channels and driving productivity
- Recruit and develop sales organization, performance matrix and KPIs for the team-
- Manage marketing plans and budget
