General Manager - Sales - BFSI

- General Manager will be leading a team of Goal Managers who will be primarily working with customers in planning their financial goals as well as helping them to achieve it.

- Motivate team members to achieve the sales targets.

- 8-12 years of retail/consumer sales experience, preferably, financial products

- Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

- Good Team Leader

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

- Strong business sense and industry expertise

- Comfortable in Fast changing business environment and requirements.
