General Manager - Sales - BFSI

- Sources of business possessions & home loans

- Plan and execute BTL activities in corporate, societies and gymkhanas/clubs / Social Events

- Analyze customer profiles across projects & segments and determine best customer sets for effective reach out.

- Ideation and execution of events and campaigns to drive sales for multiple projects across the Lodha Groups wide spectrum of marquee developments

- Develop strategic plans by studying historic trends and future objectives to contribute to overall business growth; including annual target settings, activity calendar and incentives.

- Collaborate with other departments like Sales Strategy, Market heads, Marketing, Construction and others to facilitate business.

- Support telesales team for generating business by providing enablers like database, pitch, training and others

- Represent business vertical in senior management reviews & planning meetings
