Hiring for an General Manager - SALES Australia & New Zealand

Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel)

Graduate or Postgraduate Preferably with MBA in Marketing with 10-15 Years of Experience in Sales & Business Development/ Product Management/sales projection & Marketing / Profit & Loss can apply

Experience in Tyre (Farm/OTR/High End Tyres) industry is must.

Salary Up to 40 LPA

Key Responsibilities - 

- Sales & Business Development/ Product Management/sales projection & Marketing of Farm/OTR Tyre for Australia & New Zealand Zone.

- Dealer Development.

- Achieve product wise, region wise sales targets by focusing on the whole range of Products, Sales, Logistics and demand planning.

- Team Management - Appoint Team Members, Ensure Team Performance, Train New Members, Monitor Daily Sales Reports (Sales Modules) of all Sales Persons of that Location.

- Conducting ad campaigns, Dealer Meets / Mechanical Meets etc.

- Candidate will be responsible for handling entire Region.

Candidate Profile - 

- Graduate or Postgraduate Preferably with MBA in Marketing with 10-15 Years of Experience.

- Preferred Age Group 35-40.

- Experience in Tyre (Farm/OTR) industry is must.

- Managerial, Strategy Planning, Budgeting, Team Management, Managing sales & Marketing, Team Motivator to achieve the results in odd situation and drive the team to achieve targets.

- Good Analytical Skills and problem solving skills. Detail Oriented, should have the ability to get into the nuts and bolts of issues.

- Detail Oriented, should have the ability to get into the nuts and bolts of issues.

- Ethics, strong value systems and act as a role model for team members to emulate.
