General Manager - Risk & Policy - BFSI

Company Profile: Currently we have a suitable senior vacancy as AGM-Risk & Policy with our clients who are a large, leading, rapidly expanding, professionally managed BFSI organisation having multi-locational operations in India - leaders in their product category. Job Profile: Will report to the Head-Risk and Policy and lead a team of Risk Analysts. Will work along with the Head-Risk and Policy to formulate, implement and manage the Risk Profile for the organisation at the national level

Candidate Profile and Experience: CAs or MBAs (Full-time 2 years). Must have experience in unsecured loans with:

a) 6-12 years experience in Credit Card / Business Loan (preferably with underwriting background) of which min 4 years in portfolio Risk Management

b) Worked with leading NBFCs or Banks

c) Good understanding of Portfolio Analytics & Risk Levers. Drive Policy Changes & Monitor its implementation

d) Should have led projects on Scorecard / Risk Model development with Analytics team

e) Good Communication & Presentation Skills

f) Should demonstrate, drive, ownership, task focus & qualities of team leadership

Skills and Competencies

a) Self-starter: Initiative and enthusiasm

b) Highly numbers oriented

c) Awareness of enablers like Analytics, Digital, Technology as to how they are re-shaping the retail lending business and customer acquisition

d) Capable of driving projects/initiatives crucial for Risk and Policy (Scorecards, Predictive models etc.)

e) Good communication and presentation skills

f) Digital savvy and should have a working knowledge of MS office

Salary will be commensurate with experience and skill sets and will be matching the best in the industry. Salary package will have fixed and variable components as per industry norms.
