General Manager - Revenue Assurance - DTH
Job Specification :
- Handling of Field Intelligence Unit (FIU) and Audit Outcalling partners for customer installation / work order verifications, Installation & Sales partner compliance checks, Audits etc.
- Will require skills of third party partner management, daily operations rigor, quality of operations, process improvements etc.
Some of the Key Focus Areas are as follows :
- Basic Understanding of Fraud Management and Receivables
- Agency Appointment / Management / Operations Support
- Manage agencies to support Field Visits and Outcalling for Customer, MDU, Sales Partner and other audits with field visits & customer
- Handling Outcalling Operations Partner / Collection Agency / Recovery Agency
- Ability to implement Processes / Industry Best Practices / Automation / RPA opportunities tapping
Experience & Other Skills :
- Candidate should have grown from Telecom / contact Centre / DTH background
- Should have Billing / Collection / Revenue Assurance experience
- Working knowledge of contracts / legal to handle agreements
- Analytical skills with the ability to identify insights from Data using Intelligence
