General Manager - Retail Operations/Sales Operation

- 12-14 Years experience in Sales, Marketing/ Retail space.

- Should have understanding of Retail technology, retail intelligence, POS and omni- channel solutions

- Good communication, interpersonal skills

- Stakeholder alignment and management

- Creative, Ideation, Innovative mindset.

- Operationalises strategies, goals and objectives for areas of responsibility into goals and plans.

- Possesses broad knowledge of the Organization and industry, as well as external influencing forces, such as economy, demographics, competitors activity, new technologies, trends and regulations

- Operationalises strategies, goals and objectives for areas of responsibility into goals and plans.
