General Manager Marketing (Resort Experiences & Member Marketing) Job Description : - Manage and establish web assets, demand generation and content functions, as well as strategy and tactical implementation. - Drive corporate brand and messaging through website, content, and demand generation coordinating to ensure brand consistency on web and mobile applications. - Set the vision for and manage execution of innovative and cost effective annual, quarterly and interim marketing campaigns. - Continuously refine marketing strategy to optimize spends per room. - Build, further develop, and leverage relationships with vendors/agencies to evangelize brand's mission, and movement in the market. - Generate analytical insights that drive significant response improvement, efficiencies and revenue. - Identify and address new competitive threats from new and incumbent challengers. - Identify and secure the most impactful third-party accolades/awards for Spa/Wellness/Restaurants/Holiday-Activity domains - Assist in developing new solutions, solution requirements and benefit statements for go-to market. - Ensure resort team is fully enabled with the tools/resources necessary to facilitate world-class experiences to the providers we pursue. - Support the development of a world-class communications function, working collaboratively with direct reports to build a coaching-led culture. - Provide executive communication guidance and support for senior leadership team. Key Deliverables : - Creative development for resorts collateral, F&B, Spa and Activities marketing - Working with Resorts F&B teams to work on promotions, create marketing plans, engagement with members, food festivals, restaurant menus, etc. - Marketing of experiences to members and guests - Working with event, activation and creative agencies to develop promotion collateral and deployment at resorts - Create a branded service economy environment to drive incremental revenue from resorts - Create experiences content from resorts that can be leveraged on various digital platforms. - Develop special branded packages of experiences - Private label experiences that can be promoted - Strategize, develop and execute special paid events to drive walk-in traffic at resorts through neighbourhood cities Capabilities : - Strong collaborative nature - Great creative abilities - Understanding of consumers - Events, promotions and activations background is preferred
