General Manager Research

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies to understand unique needs and challenges faced by the target community

- Familiarity with research methodologies, survey design, and data management

- Data monitoring skills to periodically update data needs of dashboards

- Document entire process of knowledge management

- Facilitate sharing of research findings, lessons learned, and best practices with all concerned stakeholders and the wider healthcare community.

- Contribute to the preparation of papers in peer reviewed journals, and material for knowledge dissemination..

Desired Qualification & Skills:

- Strong written and oral communication skills for creating clear and compelling reports and presentations.

- Masters in a relevant field, such as public health, demography, social sciences, or research-related disciplines with 10-12 years of experience in public health preferably

- Knowledge of statistical software (SPSS, STATA, DevInfo, etc) and qualitative data analysis software (Atlas-Ti, NVivo, etc) an advantage

- Proven record of analysing data for technical reports and drafting papers in peer-reviewed journals.

- Fluency in English is mandatory. Working knowledge of Telugu and/or Hindi languages is desirable.
