General Manager - Research & Development/Scientist/Technical Services - Carbon Black

Job Role :

- Research & Development - Specialty Engineered Carbon Black (SECB) Products & Technical Services

- Providing prompt and accurate technical response to customers, internal employees and authorized distributors

- Interfacing with customers to extract their expectations related to product or service and resolving issues, if any

- Communicating the customer's requirement to Marketing, Operations and Materials Team to service customer

- Liaising with customers for new & joint product development

- Assuring the effective resolution of customer complaint through root cause analysis and corrective actions

- Management of Change (MOC) of raw materials, packaging or any other specific change as per requirement

- Working knowledge of Rubber Goods Manufacturing process

- Overall co-ordination and synergy with production, sales and R&D personnel to implement process changes

- Knowledge of how Carbon Black KMCs can influence rubber performance characteristics.

- Knowledge of laboratory practices

- Knowledge of quality assurance techniques and practices
