Job Description: GM - R &D

Reporting - President - Operations.

Location - Dharuhera, Haryana.

Qualification - Phd - with specialization - Polymer Sciences ( Rubber / plastics).

Institutes - IITs / India Institute of Science/UDCT

Experience - 15-20 years in developing polymers / coating systems.

- The incumbent would have successfully worked as a leader in R &D in areas of polymers ( Rubber / plastics) and developed coating application in industrial products esp powders.

- It is mandatory the incumbent has worked on various types of powder and it's application. Experience in developing two phase coating system ( powders / liquid), use and application of surfactants / additives.

- As a research profile, the incumbent would have done extensive Design of Experiments, setting up pilot plants and experience of scaling from pilot to Commercial production.
