General Manager - Research & Development - Aviation

Key responsibilities:

- Lead the product development team by developing a vision for the company growth through new customer products.

- Utilize customer inputs to conceptualize the product design & development. While also ensuring seamless Development, testing and integration.

- Oversee application of latest tools for Logic development/Micro-processor,relevant software and skills on firmware & middleware, methodologies for product validation.

- Possess thorough knowledge of Electronics Design & selection standards for components & manufacturing processes including power component /transformer mounting etc.,

- Oversee complete documentation, development & testing of power supply, power supply circuits, Microcontroller based PCB Assemblies etc.

- Project management including mechanical, electrical & electronics engineering product design.

Must have skills:

1. Must be aware of full product development cycle.

2. Must possess strong knowledge on Hardware, Software & Mechanical.

3. Must have adequate competency in analog designing, digital electronics, firmware, GUI & Electro-mechanical systems.

4. Project management skills and team leader

5. Must have working knowledge of Aerospace & military standards, qualityn management systems (ISO, AS9100D), regulatory & statutory requirements.
