General Manager - Regulatory - Power/Energy

Position : GM Regulatory

Work Experience : 15 years + with a power generation company will be preferred and such experience with a renewable energy company (wind and/or solar) shall have added advantage.

Location : Gurgaon

Client : Leading Renewable Energy Company

Responsibilities:

1. Strategizing & Managing Regulatory Issues of Various Captive & Independent Power Plants -Managing, creating and submitting required ongoing state and central regulatory filings.

2. Supporting the business decisions by giving strategic inputs on project appraisals, financial analysis and P&L of the assets - to support the SBU Head in conducting effective review of the business by giving pre-reads inputs, key discussion points and update on Key ATRs.

3. Building sustainable relationships with power regulatory at state & centre, Govt. state DISCOMS, Ministry of Power & Coal and other statutory authorities.

4. Monitoring regulatory changes and shifting within markets while translating into business response and strategizing to accommodate regulatory shifts.
