Position: General Manager - HR Governance
My client is looking for General Manager - HR Governance. This role will be responsible for driving Governances in TA team globally.
- This role requires me to work with stakeholders of various HR sub-functions e.g. Talent Acquisition, Payroll Operations and Vendor Management, Legal & Compliance, etc. to cater to their analytical needs.
- Periodic Reporting related to Governance, Risk & Governances in talent acquisition function globally
- Offer Strategy and Consulting, Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
- Expert level knowledge in Success Factors, Vendor Management, Data Governance, Audit, MIS Reporting, Data Visualization, Analytics & Consulting
- Building relevant HR dashboards / MIS to track effectiveness of HR processes.
- Lead Audit related meetings and ensure 100% compliance
- To create Executive summary and Workforce data sets like Headcount, Attrition, Turnover,
- Performance Review, Service Anniversaries, Hierarchy, Learning & Development, Vendor Management, Data Governance, and Payroll reports.
- Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process.
- Track and analyze hiring data to identify trends, gap progress against goals with allocated budgets.
- Conducting internal audits for vendor contract & making sure all mandatory steps / process are taken care in talent acquisition process
- Implement and manage an effective Talent Acquisition Governance program
- Provide Daily, Monthly ,Weekly and Quarterly HR Analysis and Reporting to Top Management of Organization
- Develop and review company Talent Acquisition policies
- Interact with TA Heads in different geographies and help in closure of gaps highlighted either in Internal OR External Audits
- Launch various initiatives for the enhanced recruitment practices which are compliant as per company's standards & law of land across geographies
- Periodic audit of establishments, interview process, recruiter performance
- Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and Governance violations
- Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks
- Ensure all employees in TA team are educated on the latest regulations and processes
- Global Reporting Dashboard for all Delivery Centers including financials and Head count
- Releasing weekly MIS reports for hiring related activities
Relevant Experience & Desired Education
- Minimum 15+ years total experience & 8+ years of relevant experience in driving internal Audits, MIS Reporting, HR Analytics & Governance.
