General Manager - Record To Report - CA - Shared Services - BPO/BPS

We are hiring Director for General Manager - R2R with (Only Chartered Accountants) (17-25 years)

- He / She will be the Delivery Lead for all Finance Verticals offering P2P, O2C, R2R (Management Reporting) and Treasury services to Clients International Head Quarters, Singapore (the Company's Headquarters) across all BUs / Products of Clients (18 Products).

- Managing a Team of 70 plus people in this role.

- Must have Represented Client Business Services in Finance Transformation Initiatives for his Group and the R2R Process Lead for the Design Phase of Client Business - Expansion Initiative of Trade.

- Need a potential of heading a team of 100+ people at client delivering largely F&A services to various global locations of the group, also part of the Core Team under the Head of GBS for exploring the global shared service opportunities / initiatives for client and developing a business case

- To be part of R2R tower function performing strategic assessments, due diligence and opportunity identification as a pre-sales process. I am also part of providing post sales / transition / operations support for new clients, conducted solution design & due diligence workshops and diagnostic exercises.

- Responsibility also includes providing necessary support to delivery teams by conducting Process Maturity Assessments, other independent assessments thereby suggesting best practices, identifying transformation opportunities and aid in implementing them

Eligibility

Candidate Must be completed Chartered Accountant from ICAI

Must have Experience of 17 Yrs Post Qualification.

He/ She Must be working in Shared Services/ BPO / BPS Company (R2R Operations)

Age must be Less than 45. Above that will be considered case to case basis.
