Our Client is a prominent Developer, recognized for creating world class residential and commercial communities. This stylish and ultra luxurious development comprises of signature apartments, villas and homes, hotel properties, School and designer retailing facilities. Residential properties start from 3000 sq ft up to 15,000 sq ft. Customers are guaranteed a secure investment with a commitment to deliver a great lifestyle, on time.

The Sales and Marketing Department requires a top notch Sales Director, to lead the upmarket property sales based out of Dubai, UAE.

- Create sales/revenue generation metrics and a comprehensive and relevant set of performance reporting.

Build a best-in-class, scalable sales platform.

- Hire and lead sales staff across all markets, ensuring a premier program and positive work environment which is based on customer service, integrity, and performance. Implement industry best practices.

- Personally market the offerings to substantial potential HNW investors.

- Manage, market, and transact business for retail, residential, and family owned signature Villas.

- Prospect for and locate potential investment opportunities for current and prospective clients.

- Draft transaction forms including but not limited to letters of intent (LOI- s), commission agreements, buyer representation agreements, co-broker agreements, referral agreements, listing agreements and other related brokerage documents.

- Prospect for and negotiate exclusive listing agreements with property owners, landlords, and other brokers (co-broker agreements).

- Interface with clients and prospects to successfully define the parameters, transaction terms, and limitations surrounding a possible sale, listing and related agreements.

- Participate in contract negotiation and due diligence efforts in commercial investment sales transactions. Prepare financial models and demographic/psychographic analyses

- Provide existing and prospective clients with current industry and market specific information as it relates to their business and investments.

- Assist in the marketing of each property and ensure accurate and timely updates are made to all collateral, websites, and marketing venues.

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS AND CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- BA or BS from a four-year college or university required. An MBA is desirable. Real Estate Salesperson or Broker's License required.

Experience with the preparation and implementation of short and long term capital and operating budgets must be demonstrated.

Demonstrated customer service qualities and cost management mindset.

Proven vision, leadership, and critical thinking skills to prioritize evolving initiatives in a fast paced environment; ability to translate ideas and capabilities into effective initiatives that exceed customer expectations.Relationship management expertise and vendor management aptitude.

Ability to work in a matrix organization, partnering with resources to achieve results through others. Develops and maintains effective relationships with a broad group of stakeholders in order to foster trust and influence key decisions.

Exceptional communication skills; creates an atmosphere in which timely information flows smoothly through the organization.Skillful negotiator in difficult and nuanced situations and sells ideas persuasively; ability to be direct but diplomatic.

- Extremely intelligent and commercially savvy. Minimum 15 years Substantial experience in sales and business development of mixed used development.

- Energetic and self-confident approach to sales, negotiation, and closing transactions with a very strong work ethic and preference for a fast-paced, results-oriented culture.

- Candidates who have worked with prominent business developers in UAE will be given a preference. Knowledge of UAE real estate business and investment regulations and RERA is essential.
