General Manager - Quality - FMCG/Foods/Snacks

Position: General Manager GM Quality (FMCG/Foods/Snacks/ Ready to cook/ Frozen)

Reports to VP Ops

Location: Bangalore

Role :

- Head of Quality is responsible for end to end product quality assurance. From the farm to the customer, the responsibility areas are, vendor management from quality standpoint, incoming RM/PM quality assurance, Plant quality assurance, Storage quality assurance, S&D quality assurance, Retailer quality assurance etc

- Responsible for implementing and maintaining food safety and quality assurance policies including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP). including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).

- Responsible for getting approvals such as FSSAI, FSSC, NABL, Other global accreditations.

Experience :

- In the QA / QC field, should have extensive experience in Food & Beverage manufacturing for process optimization, control & standardization in the QA / QC field, should have extensive experience in Food & Beverage manufacturing for process optimization, control & standardization production norms & chemical and microbiological lab practices.
