Job Description
SUMMARY:
- Responsible for overseeing all quality assurance efforts within the organization, closely monitoring Quality Control Team, maintain stringent QC standards and have an interface with the Customers
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluate and improve QA processes.
- Train and coach Quality Control Teams
- Identify possible errors and areas of improvement.
- Maximize output and efficiency.
- Defining & implementing the quality standards and structured processes
- Determining, negotiating and agreeing in-house quality procedures, standards and/or specifications
- Prepares product and process quality reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Identify and locate problems/bugs across the whole software life-cycle: design, implementation, and deployment.
- Ensure all products deployed by a company are free from any flaws or errors.
- Take ownership of Deployed Software
- Ensure that software released to market meets end-user needs, is scalable, stable, secure, and high performing.
- Ensuring that customer requirements are met at each and every stage
- Be the Ambassador/ Champion of Customer within the organization.
