1.Creating procurement strategies.

2. Ensuring the Procurement Strategies are in line with the Business Strategy

3. Work in close coordination with production, quality assurance and finance teams to ensure smooth flow of materials.

4. Evolve a network of direct farm and purchases, forward buying, competitive biddings, long-term procurement contracts for Services, spares, fuel and packaging materials.
