General Manager - Projects - Real Estate

- Project execution experience in IT Park Projects with Developer co. is mandatory.

- 20+ Years of proven experience in execution and project management of large-scale projects - IT Tech Park, High Rise Commercial IT Buildings etc

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- The position has the responsibility for the execution of upcoming Commercial IT Building Project.

- Ensuring timely completion of projects and execution levels of the highest grade.

- Directing and monitoring projects progress by coordinating with architects, consultants, contracts and site engineering teams.

- Defining technical specifications, budgeting and cost estimates, installation, commissioning etc.

- Responsible for project planning, scheduling and cost control.

- Will be responsible for total Site Management and Site Construction Operations.

- Maintaining strict quality control procedures - regular testing of materials, inspections of work, conducting regular site safety checks etc.

- MIS reporting on project progress.
