Position : General Manager - Projects & Maintenance

Reporting to : CEO

Location : Mumbai

Qualification : B.E. (Civil)

Role in Brief: This position will be responsible to build restaurants from scratch to operational stage + Annual Maintenance.

Key Job Description :

Stage1- Site Identification (Malls, Commercial Spaces), Site Feasibility, Work with Architects for the Final Design Layout, Work on Budget, Passing Tender for construction.

Stage 2- Ensuring the construction is done as per design, Manage Escalations, Timely Delivery of Restaurant to the Operations Team.

Stage 3- Evaluating the restaurant for Maintenance, Reviewing the ongoing maintenance projects, Finalizing Annual Maintenance Contract with Vendors.

Candidates should have experience in setting up restaurants / fast food joints from scratch till it is fully running.
