GM- Project Sales ( Steel )
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:- Develop and implement visionary sales strategies to surpass monthly revenue targets, achieve volume goals, and ensure sustained business growth.
- Provide seasoned leadership, aligning the team with overarching company objectives and contributing to strategic decision-making.
2. Stakeholder Engagement and Negotiation:- Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, employing negotiation skills to customize and adapt the company's offerings in response to evolving client needs.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners
3. Key Account Management:- Oversee strategic key account management, ensuring repeat business and maximizing customer wallet share through cross-selling opportunities
4. Business Intelligence and Process Optimization:- Analyze the customer funnel to derive actionable business intelligence, focusing on reducing acquisition costs and enhancing customer stickiness.
- Drive changes in sales processes to optimize customer conversion rates and champion a customer-centric approach within the team.
5. End-to-End Process Ownership:- Ensure seamless coordination for enhanced customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:1. 17 - 22 years of sales experience in a
B2B ecosystem, dealing with EPC companies.2. Have handled a
KAM team.
3. Strong Ethics and High Perseverance
4. Excellent Communication Skills with a bias for Action, Self-Drive, and Initiative
