1. Strategic Leadership:

- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners.

3. Key Account Management:

- Oversee strategic key account management, ensuring repeat business and maximizing customer wallet share through cross-selling opportunities.

4. Business Intelligence and Process Optimization:

- Analyze the customer funnel to derive actionable business intelligence, focusing on reducing acquisition costs and enhancing customer stickiness.

- Drive changes in sales processes to optimize customer conversion rates and champion a customer-centric approach within the team.

5. End-to-End Process Ownership:

Qualifications-

- B2B sales leadership experience

- Industry - short sales cycle

- Data and product-led - more structured

- Direct reportee - minimum 4-5 and an overall team of at least 20 members.
