General Manager - Project Management Office - Manufacturing

Job Profile :

1. Driving Excellence in all areas of manufacturing - Safety, Quality, Productivity through application of World Class Operation Management tools such as Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, 5S, Visual Management.

2. Identification of EBITDA improvement projects through FIP, Brainstorming workshops, internal and external benchmarking.

3. Driving waves of improvement projects through Experts/Consultants and Plant Leadership Teams.

4. Operations MIS, Presentation and Monthly Review.

5. Best Practice Sharing, Standardization.

Candidate Profile :

1. Years of experience 8 years - 15 years.

2. Qualification : BE/ MBA- Operations Management

3. Knowledge of Operation Excellence, Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, Project management, 5S, Visual Management.

4. Technical know how on General engineering, Computer proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
