Job Description :

To contribute effectively in Project execution of all the ongoing Infrastructure Projects and ensure operational efficiency and cost savings by continuous process improvements and value engineering initiatives and development of the overall technical competency

Client Details : Leading efforts for a prominent developer based in Bangalore

Description :

- Conduct resource planning in terms of projecting the material and manpower requirements, to aid the Head Projects in deploying resources efficiently across projects for timely completion
- Achieve a detailed understanding of the Contract documents (Bill of quantities, drawings and specifications), phasing plans, MEP systems interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule.
- Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between Civil & MEP during construction.

Profile :

- Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Certification course in Project Management.

- Minimum 15 yrs of work experience in multistory residential and commercial buildings. Should have minimum 7 yrs experience as Project Manager.
