Job Profile : - Execute project financing transactions (greenfield &amp; refinancing) for a portfolio of ongoing and future projects of the company - Manage a portfolio of outstanding debt and ensure compliance with all debt related covenants - Work closely with Legal team to ensure financing documents are contracted appropriately in the interest of the organization - Liaise with external parties such as transaction advisers, lawyers, due diligence consultants, OEMs and other such parties to manage transactions, create solutions and mitigate risks - Drive &amp; support the administrative aspects including ensuring timely drawdown, CP and CS compliances, security perfection and compliance with other covenants. - Engage with Projects &amp; Construction and Business Development teams to support their requirements. - Aid Projects &amp; Construction teams by proactively engaging with lenders and their advisors to ensure timely availability of funding - Work with finance function for statutory taxation, compliance norms etc to be followed for the transactions. - Research and stay abreast of current PF landscape, related regulatory aspects and transactions by competition / peers and identify opportunities and risks - Negotiate key commercial terms and contracts including loan agreements, security agreements, undertakings etc. Ability to negotiate around Lender requests to ensure IRR is protected. Candidate Profile: - CA/MBA with 8 to 15 years of relevant experience - Should be from a PE invested organization that has a minimum leverage of Rs. 1,000 Crores - Strong relationships with RM's and Credit Officers at lending organizations. - Track record of transactions with PSU Banks, Private Banks, NBFC's and Multilaterals. Proficient in :&nbsp; i. INR and ECB project financings i. FX hedging for financing as well as procurement contracts ii. WC financing
