General Manager - Production - Garment

Requirement: Looking to hire a GM Production from Garment Industry only, who can handle 1000 machines. Reporting to Head of Operations. Should be data driven, strong on technical, software and excel. 

- Efficiently lead and manage Fabric Production, Vendor Management, Buying and Merchandising functions. Highly Analytics and data driven, strong on technical knowledge and good knowledge of excel. Have capability to establish both short and long-term strategies and implementation plans. 

- Should have experience to handle merchandisers, vendors, suppliers and client management skills. 

- Must have got experience of Business development and People Managements to meet production targets. Lead the team to bring about operational excellence in interactions with the customers, significantly enhance customer satisfaction on delivery, quality, service and care, and reduce the cost to serve the customer.

Experience 10-14 years at least. Garment Experience is a must.

Description: The company manufactures equestrian sport wear at its two plants, with a combined installed capacity of 610 thousand pieces per annum.

Products & Services: Breeches for Horse Riding, Riding Breeches for Men, Riding Breeches for Ladies and Traditional Riding Breeches.
